Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation”), the following information is provided regarding the purposes and methods of processing personal data referring to you, and any subsequent changes, in relation to your relationship with the undersigned company as supplier (or representative of the supplying company) or customer (or representative of the client entity or company) concerning the exhibition areas managed by the undersigned Company.

 

DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller is Trends Srl, with registered office in San Marino (RSM), Via Cesare Cantù 104, 47891 Serravalle, C.O.E. SM27228.

 

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

Personal data (including identification, contact, and possibly financial data) are processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling pre-contractual measures or executing contracts between the Company and you, or the company you represent, as well as related legal obligations (pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1, letters b) and c) of the Regulation), and for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Company in ensuring the proper and efficient management of its activities (Art. 6, para. 1, letter f) of the Regulation).

Providing data is optional. However, failure to provide such data may prevent the Company from executing the contractual relationship and/or fulfilling related legal obligations.

 

METHODS OF PROCESSING AND DATA RECIPIENTS

Processing will be carried out using electronic or automated means and with the adoption of adequate measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data, in order to reduce the risk of destruction or loss, unauthorized access, modification, or unauthorized disclosure.

The data may be disclosed to employees and collaborators of the Company who are authorized in writing to process them and act in compliance with the instructions provided by the Company.

Data may also be communicated to third parties and entities, including but not limited to:

• subjects or entities whose cooperation the Company makes use of (IT consultants; legal, tax, and accounting consultants; service providers managing electronic mailing systems; commercial partners with whom the Company has adopted or will adopt forms of reciprocal collaboration, involved in the preparatory or execution phases of the contract between the Company and you or the company you represent);

• banking institutions responsible for payments and/or refunds;

• public authorities requesting the data; and

• subjects/entities to whom the communication of personal data is mandatory by law or who have the right to access such data under legal provisions.

The collected data will not be disseminated, nor subjected to any entirely automated decision-making process, including profiling, and will not be transferred outside the EU.

 

DATA RETENTION

Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for as long as the Controller is subject to legal retention obligations for fiscal or other statutory purposes.
In the absence of a signed contract, personal data will be retained for a period of 5 years and then deleted.

 

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject may contact the Data Controller, without particular formalities, to exercise their rights under Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation (right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing, and to be informed of any automated decision-making processes), without prejudice to the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
